The Rainbow Lunchbox

Gigi the Giraffe opens her lunchbox and sighs. 'Brown crackers, beige bread, and white cheese again.' She looks at her friends' colorful lunches and feels curious. Leo has red apples, Rory has orange carrots, and Milo has yellow bananas. 'Why is everyone's lunch so colorful?' Gigi wonders.

Dr. Sunny overhears and shines brightly. 'Gigi, different colors in food mean different vitamins and powers! The next day, Gigi brings a rainbow lunchbox! Red strawberries, orange carrots, yellow corn, green broccoli, blueberries, and purple grapes. She tries each one carefully. 'The red strawberries are sweet! The green broccoli is crunchy!' Her friends cheer her on. 'You're eating the rainbow, Gigi!'

After lunch, something amazing happens. Gigi feels energized! She runs faster, thinks clearer, and feels happier. 'Wow! I have so much energy!' she exclaims. Dr. Sunny smiles. 'That's the power of eating colorful foods. Each color gives your body different vitamins to grow strong and healthy!'
